Tobacco Tactics is produced by the Tobacco Control Research Group in the Department for Health at the University of Bath and is overseen by managing editor Dr. Raouf Alebshehy. Tobacco Tactics has a policy of strict referencing.

Disclaimer: Tobacco Tactics is a knowledge exchange platform, established by the Tobacco Control Research Group, at the University of Bath in 2012. It is a unique resource, providing rigorous academic research and monitoring findings in an accessible format. Tobacco Tactics details key issues in tobacco control, as well as focusing on the global tobacco industry and those connected to or interacting with it. Being mentioned on Tobacco Tactics does not necessarily mean that the organisation or individual receives funding, monetary or in-kind, from the tobacco industry; instead we attempt to detail the nature of any link to the industry. Conversely, where there is no information on Tobacco Tactics about an organisation or individual, further research or due diligence should still be undertaken before assuming that there is no link to industry or potential conflict of interest.

Some of the research for Tobacco Tactics was funded by Cancer Research UK Limited and Bloomberg Philanthropies. This work has previously received funding from The New Venture Fund, Smokefree South West, and the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Knowledge Exchange Opportunities scheme. These funders have had no input into the research reported on this website or its conclusions. They are not responsible for its content or publication, nor do they necessarily endorse it.
